Biography

Chandana Sanyal is an Associate Professor in Human Resource Managementand Development at Middlesex University and a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel andDevelopment and Higher Education Academy. Sheis the EMCC Global Accreditation Lead for the individual coaching, mentoring,team coaching and supervision accreditations. She is an EMCC Global EIA MasterPractitioner Coach and Mentor and EMCC Global ITCA Senior Practitioner TeamCoach. She teaches on several postgraduate programmes and her specialistteaching areas include individual and organisational development.   Shehas published several book chapters andpeer-reviewed journal articles in the areas of management educationand professional development.
