Dr Mark Springett

My current research interests include user-experience design, a particularly for vulnerable and disadvantaged citizens, human aspects of computer security, online trust and risk factors, ethical AI and novel elicitation methods. Recent projects include the use of games for teaching computer skills to reluctant older learners, Children's' mental models of online threats and the use of theatre to identify and understand inauthenticity in cyberspace.
