Biography

I have over twenty-five years’experience in universities, industry and consulting, in the UK and overseas  (1) Stephen Malone | LinkedIn .My university senior level experience has encompassed general academic management, heading a university centre as Dean; leading enterprise, business development, apprenticeships, TNE and knowledge exchange,as an Associate Dean in a STEM faculty, and earlier asan Associate Professor, a Head, and a programme leader for over 15 years. 

I have now returned to a teaching and research role at Middlesex, the university where I began my academic journey as a mechanical engineering undergraduate 36 years ago!

Prior to entering academe I worked in consultancy for government, and before that I was a senior international engineering manager working for a global gas company worldwide, spending two years in east Germany and short-term projects in Indonesia, South America and the UK.
