Biography
Izabela Hamilton, the Founder of InitiativeHub, is a communications specialist and certified coach with 20 years of international experience in Europe, the United States, and the United Arab Emirates.
Her career has seen her implement PR and communication strategies for multinational and multicultural companies across a diverse range of industries including luxury hospitality group and corporate research at Euromonitor International, in addition to financial publishing, events management, and education.
With expertise in developing and managing external and internal communications campaigns, she has had responsibility for crisis, reputation, agencies and events management, media relations, as well as training internal teams for public speaking opportunities.
She currently facilitates various PR and Communications courses online for the International School of Communications in Dubai. She has been working as a part-time lecturer at Middlesex University Mauritius teaching PR, Branding and Advertising, and Marketing since February 2022.
Izabela also specialises in career and communication coaching, delivering training on executive presence and soft skills development for high-performing Individuals and future team leaders.
She has a Master's degree in English and a Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Public Relations and Chartered Institute of Marketing.
Izabela is a qualified Co-Active Coach® with certification from the Co-Active Training Institute – the oldest and largest in-person coach training organisation in the world.
