Biography

Kajal Mistry (BSc, MSc, AFHEA, and STEM Ambassador) is an esteemed Academic Assistant and a dedicated PhD student affiliated with the Computer Science department at Middlesex University UK. Recognized for her exceptional achievements, she has been honoured with numerous awards, including the prestigious BCS computing project award. With a wealth of experience, Kajal has actively contributed to the facilitation, instruction, and coordination of various educational endeavours within the school of science and technology. Her involvement in multiple EU-funded projects and Erasmus+ initiatives further demonstrates her commitment to advancing knowledge and collaboration. Kajal's personal research focuses on the utilization of technology in diverse fields, particularly in educational settings, with her PhD specifically centred around enhancing the student experience through the integration of Eye-Tracking technology. As a STEM Ambassador, Kajal has also shared her expertise by presenting innovative ideas for technological use in higher education and educational settings, making them available for implementation.
