Who are Consalia?
Consalia is a pioneering Sales Business School dedicated to advancing the professionalism and performance of sales professionals worldwide. They specialise in delivering accredited sales education programmes and sales transformation consulting services.
All of Consalia’s offering is based on the academic research of their founder and CEO, Dr Philip Squire. Consalia works with Middlesex to deliver two degree apprenticeships, suitable for a range of experience levels, as well as a selection of pathways to a full executive master’s degree.
Sales Degree Apprenticeships
- Level 6 BSc (Hons) in B2B Sales Degree Apprenticeship: This programme is designed for early-career salespeople looking to build foundational sales competencies. It combines on-the-job training with structured academic learning to develop critical skills in B2B sales.
- Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma: Professional Practice in Senior Sales Leadership: This programme is designed for senior sales professionals seeking to enhance their leadership skills and strategic impact within their organisations. It focuses on developing great salespeople into great sales leaders by fostering high-level strategic thinking, innovation, and management skills.
Apprentices who complete this programme have the option to “top-up” with extra modules, rewarding them with a full master’s degree.
Sales Executive Master’s Programmes
- Executive MSc in Leading Sales Transformation: This programme is crafted for experienced sales leaders aiming to drive strategic change and innovation within their organisations. It covers advanced leadership skills, strategic sales management, and a comprehensive understanding of the evolving sales landscape.
